“The moment I started doing yoga, was the moment I started to get to know my body. I used to be very inflexible, but soon after the first couple of lessons I could feel my flexibility improve. Certain challenging poses triggered a stress situation in my body. With the help of my deep, conscious breathing I was able to overcome this and I can now also use this breathing in stressful situations on the ice.
